EBay have announced they are adjusting their final shipping dates for the festive season to coincide with the UK’s leading courier deadlines. If you are one of eBay’s busy Christmas merchants or regular users, then your final delivery date might be right around the corner.
Royal Mail, myHermes, CollectPlus, Parcelforce and DPD deliveries will all be adjusted to reflect each company’s respective final dates for Christmas deliveries, which range from tomorrow all the way to December 23. If you’re one of those shoppers who take the last minute approach, your deadline is approaching too.
In fact, there are several courier firms that are taking final orders this week, so if you’re selling or buying on eBay this holiday season, check out our Christmas page to see when your courier stops taking orders. We also have a handy list of final order dates for deliveries in time for Christmas from over 100 online retailers. If you’d prefer not to trawl through the whole list, we’ve also broken down a list of 20 deadlines that you won’t want to miss.
eBay plan to monitor services as we get closer to the 25th, a notoriously tough time of year for deliveries. Of course, shipping with ParcelHero means that you’ll be getting the best price and can order as late as December 23 to have your parcel there by December 24.
And if you’re planning to shop or ship after Christmas, remember that courier networks throughout the world will be closed for 4 around the big day, so things will be a little disrupted.
