The process was simple to achieve online.
The drop off went according to plan and the delivery was notified to me as it happened.
Was a quick and easy service and not super expensive compared right post office!
I'd use them again.
I had tracking details the whole way through so knew when parcels had been delivered.
Sent important documents from uk to South Africa after previous documents sent by Royal Mail got lost. Documents arrived at correct place exactly on time.
Just exactly what I wanted, and cheaper than anyone else - MyHermes is dearer on their own website + Parcelhero includes £50 insurance - and notified when packages delivered 2 days later. Win win!
It was very efficient - easy to use -though the labels printed out VERY small and I could not enlarge them. All to order - collected on time - and I could NOT believe they were delivered the very next day to Los Angeles
pretty good overall, driver thought he had to pick up two packages but I only paid for one but probably me trying too many times to login to organise the box. good price.
Excellent, will be using again. It would have cost over £12 to send by Royal Mail, so I saved a lot. The site was very easy to use, and I liked having all the options to choose from.
Absolutely fantastic. Will use you again. Saved me loads of money and so fast. 24 hours gteed to Spain. To the door. Just wow !!! ?? Thank you
Great service and very quick. I did have a couple of questions as I was sending to Australia and we have specific guidelines for goods coming into the country, customer service helped me out and answered them over the phone. The only point I would make is that it would be better to have a collection time slot as I had to wait in all day for the courier.
Uplifted and delivered as per order and on time. Insurance cover was available at reasonable cost. I would use again.

When sending to Bangladesh, every parcel has to clear customs. Because Bangladesh has no low value threshold, duties and taxes are charged on every package that clears customs. VAT in Bangladesh is traditionally 15%, so you can expect your customs charges to be at least 15% of the value of your goods. Don’t worry about paperwork – ParcelHero takes care of that for you.
There are rules about what you are allowed to ship to Bangladesh. You can’t send certain goods, which are, for the most part similar to ParcelHero’s own rules about Prohibited and Restricted items. However, there are extra rules banning other items, such as leather and precious metals. For more information, check Bangladesh’s customs website.
Sending a tasty treat home can be the perfect gift, and ParcelHero makes it simple. There are just a couple of rules to keep in mind. Whatever food you send has to be store bought and in the original packaging. You can’t ship any food that is homemade or perishable.
