I used this service the first time, easy and cheap, now as the parcel has arrived I'm very pleased, thank you!
Everything happened exactly as promised and the service was very good value for money. I would certainly use you again
Very reasonably priced, parcel was easy to track and it was delivered on time. I will definitely use ParcelHero services again.
The web site was easy to use and the service was just as promised. The package was picked up on time, delivered promptly, and confirmed by email. Overall, an excellent service for the quoted price.
We used ParcelHero to send a large package to Estonia which could not have been taken on a flight by ourselves. It was collected in North Yorkshire on 1 August and delivered in the south of Estonia on 9th August exactly as arranged. The courier collecting the parcel was well organised and took the necessary paperwork requested from me and had the appropriate method of attaching the special label for the addressee and was away in very short order. I was notified on arrival as promised.
Never used this service before. It was simple, made easy, affordable and the parcel was easy to track. would recommend to anyone

Since Estonia is a member of the European Union, there’s no need to worry about clearing customs when you are shipping from another EU member nation. Parcels that are entering the country from outside the EU may have to pay duties and taxes, but only if they are worth more than €150. And don’t worry about the paperwork either – ParcelHero takes care of that for you.
You might not have to worry about customs when you are shipping to Estonia from the EU, but that doesn’t mean that you can send anything you like. There are still rules about what you are allowed to ship to Estonia, along with rules about what you are allowed to send by courier. Luckily, Estonia’s rules about prohibited items are mostly in line with ParcelHero’s own rules about Prohibited and Restricted items. To find out more and see a Estonian specific list, visit Estonia’s customs website.
ParcelHero’s partnerships with leading freight carriers like TNT and DHL allow us to carry parcels of all shapes and sizes – even if they are especially large and heavy . Best of all, you get savings of up to 60% no matter the size of your package.
It doesn’t take great taste to know that food makes the perfect gift or care package. Luckily, ParcelHero makes it simple to ship food, as long as you follow a few simple rules. Make sure that your food shipment doesn’t include anything homemade or perishable, and that your paperwork includes all the ingredients. Also ensure that the food is store bought and in the original packaging.
Because we work with freight specialists, we can carry exceptionally heavy packages. The weight limits for shipping a parcel with ParcelHero is 1,000kg, and we can carry packages that are up to 270cm in length.
One of the easiest countries in the world to do business in, Estonia is one of the fastest growing economies in Europe, and a worthwhile destination for any business looking to expand internationally. Some of the UK’s leading exports to Estonia include:
