Very easy good service start to finish. Great friendly communication from staff in Aus who told me how to get my parcels quicker through customs. My items got to me safe and unharmed. Happy customer!
Item arrived 4 days ahead of delivery date(with DPD).Tracking was up to date, day by day. I had to cancel the first order due to no printer.(not everyone owns a printer and other services are costly) (ups charges extra 17£ even thou there is a office here.lol) I understand the £5 cancellation charge, but the £6 to change a date? I would hope to use this service again.
They were in touch with us frequently. They understood. my problems and dealt with them. S. They were friendly and courteous. Delivery of the parcels was very swift.
First time I used this service I was very impressed. The parcel arrived on time with no problems. I would definitely recommend this to everyone that wants to send a parcel abroad. Excellent service
UPS was the selected carrier from UK to Belgium. Everything went as expected. Delivery within 3 days.
Very good. The only thing that could have made it excellent would have been a tighter window for collection. The parcel was delivered a day earlier than expected and the website was clear and easy to use
Faultless, booked for a very large item to go from UK to US, arrived in two days door to door, in same condition it left us. Incredibly cheap and great value for money. Will definitely use this site for all international parcels.
Quick and easy way to send parcels with collection and delivery door to door, no more going to the post office and massive charges excellent service
After trying the cheaper options, this company only seems to use the more reputable couriers- who do actually deliver. Good price for UPS, and even sent a voucher for liking them on Facebook - which nearly paid for the next delivery
Excellent service, very clear instructions on line. Good value for money. Very punctual and worked well with the carrier. No issues or problems.

Like all countries, Qatar has a list of items that are restricted and prohibited from import. Most are similar to ParcelHero's prohibited items list, but some are more unique, such as media that displays the female anatomy and promotional tobacco items. As a predominantly Muslim country, items considered offensive to Muslim culture are also strictly prohibited.
As well as a customs invoice, which must be provided with all shipments outside of the EU, parcels to Qatar may require a copy of a passport or national ID in order to clear customs.
ParcelHero will use the information that you provide during the booking process to generate all other documents including the customs invoice. All you need to do is print the documents and supply them with your parcel when the carrier comes to collect it.
