Customs clearance is required for any package that is shipping to Serbia. In order to obtain this you will need to provide a customs invoice when you send your parcel. This is something that ParcelHero can help you with – we will automatically generate the invoice for you when you book with us. The exception to this is where you are sending an envelope that only contains documents – in this case you don’t need to send any documentation.
Serbia has its own import rules and restrictions that apply to anything that is arriving in the country. It is important that you read and understand these before sending your package to avoid any delays or issues. Your items may be subject to duties and taxes which are levied by the customs authorities. Therefore ParcelHero cannot include duties and taxes within our prices. For more information see the Serbia customs authorities website. ParcelHero also has our own rules about Prohibited and Restricted items.
