DPD was good recommendation both for price and service. I received text before collection, then collected on time. Delivery within service offering. Couldn't ask for more.

Was very please with the ease of service. No hassles of a phone call..... Only one small error, sent van instead of tail lift but was sorted and collected same day.....

Uzbekistan has a very generous tax and duty allowance for goods entering the country. This means that if the contents of your parcel are valued at less than 1,000USD you will not be charged duties and taxes when it reaches customs.
As Uzbekistan is not in the EU, you will however still need to obtain customs clearance before your parcel can be delivered. In order to do this, a customs invoice must be supplied with your shipment, detailing the contents of your parcel, the value of the contents and the country of origin. ParcelHero will generate the customs invoice for you so that all you need to do is print it off and securely attach it to your parcel prior to collection.
When clearing customs, your parcel will be inspected, and there are rules for what is allowed to be imported. Shipping certain goods, like portable laser emitters, is prohibited, and any packages that include prohibited goods will be returned to the sender or destroyed. For more information see the Uzbekistan customs authorities website. ParcelHero also has our own rules about Prohibited and Restricted items.
As long as you follow a few simple rules, ParcelHero makes it simple to send something tasty to Tashkent – or anywhere else in Uzbekistan. Just make sure that you are shipping store bought food that is in the original packaging. Anything home made or perishable is not allowed.
Clothes, luggage or other personal items can be sent to Uzbekistan with ParcelHero while getting the same great savings. However, ParcelHero isn’t a moving company, so we don’t carry furniture.

As home to more than 30 million people, Uzbekistan is a relatively untapped market for British businesses, with only around £150 million in trade between the two countries. It is one of the easiest countries in the world in which to establish a business, and Tashkent remains welcoming to international trade. Some of the UK’s leading exports to Uzbekistan include:
