Ordered on line at 10am on Tuesday. Parcel delivered to Eugene OR USA on Wednesday 1.30pm. Outstanding service.
On time, polite, helpful, delivered as promised and 60% cheaper than competitors. I will use the service again.
Had some confusion when email received saying DDP had tried to deliver a parcel to the Netherlands at 00.46 Contacted Parcel hero who looked into the matter and emailed back straight away to say that the driver had actually not attempted to deliver but had run out of time and delivery would be made later in the day. Parcel arrived as planned later that day. Would definitely use Parcel Hero again.
Brilliant service for 2 parcels from UK to Canada fully tracked via fedex every step of the way. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and excellent price. Lovely people who go out of their way to make it so easy. I needed to get a new propeller from the West Country to Lancashire. No problem! I already have told everyone how great you are!
Some trouble signing in and booking this time, but as usual picked up promptly and delivered in perfect condition as booked. Cannot fault service.
Online instructions were clear and easy to follow, placed order at 12.30pm on Monday The parcels were collected at 1.30 pm on Monday and delivered to my daughter in law in the south of France on Tuesday afternoon. Good service eh? Thank you.
Ordered service for pickup at 14.30. Driver was at my house in Bracknell by 14.40.Driver was very professional. Arcam AVR400 was delivered the next morning in Liverpool . Amazing service. Thank you.
Picked up on time & delivered on specified day and was able to track its progress Very few carriers would take a 220 x 33 x 18cm parcel withou it costing more than the item I was returning. Would definitely recommend this carrier.
I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend it. I would use it again.

Collections from Zimbabwe for parcel delivery to the UK
When you send a parcel to Zimbabwe, your package has to clear customs before we can deliver it. Because only parcels worth less than 10 US Dollars are exempt from paying duty fees and taxes, your parcel will likely have fees levied on it during the process. In Zimbabwe, VAT is currently set at 15%. That means that your fees will be, at a minimum, 15% of the value of the goods that you are sending to Zimbabwe.
Like any other country, there are rules about what Zimbabwean customs allow into the country – and because every parcel that enters the country has to clear customs, they are strictly enforced. For the most part, these are in line with the goods that ParcelHero cannot carry, but restrictions also include some more specific goods like:
ParcelHero makes it simple to ship food to Zimbabwe, but there are some rules to keep in mind when doing so. You can’t send any perishable goods, which includes homemade foods. You’ll need to make sure that any food you send is store bought, and is still sealed in its original packaging.
Not only can you ship large goods to Zimbabwe, but ParcelHero works with the world’s leading large freight couriers to ensure you get a great price. That means that no matter the size of your package, you get globe leading service without having to pay a heavy price.
You can send personal effects with ParcelHero, both to and from Zimbabwe. Be sure to fill in your customs paperwork correctly however, as simply entering “Personal Goods” will not be sufficient to clear customs.
Zimbabwe is one of the most difficult countries in the world in which to do business. According to the World Bank, it is ranked 190 in the Ease of Doing Business Index, below regional competitors like Botswana and Namibia. However, it is simple and affordable to establish a business in Zimbabwe, and in metrics like registering a property, getting electricity and dealing with construction permits, is improving year on year.
Bear in mind though, that you may have to pay duties and taxes on every parcel that enters the country. This could make it difficult to sustain a business and – because the recipient must pay the fees – impossible not to have a physical location without passing on extra costs to your customers.

When it comes to making sure a package safely crosses oceans and finds its destination, the address is vital. When addressing a parcel to Zimbabwe, you should include:
Because Zimbabwe is a small country, they don’t make use of postal codes – unlike the UK. That means that all you need when addressing your delivery is the name of the street and city.
Whatever you celebrate, everyone deserves some quality time with their families – even your couriers. That’s why we only deliver from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. We also don’t deliver on public holidays, so be sure to post with plenty of time to spare ahead of the dates below.
