Excellent service. I’ve not shipped to the USA before using a courier and all of the paperwork was very confusing. The guy that collected my parcel was so helpful and explained everything to me. I was warned that there may be a delay with my parcel but it was delivered within the original given timeframe. I will definitely use this service again.
Easy to use and a good range of services and pricing. Parcel collected and delivered without issue.
You get to choose which operator works best for you in terms of value in each circumstance. It worked out a lot cheaper than Royal Mail and you were informed when the company got the parcel. Good service will use again.
Reliable times for parcel pickups, update on holdup for me and the receivers, no problem reported on the receiver side. Also the price is affordable.
This is an excellent company! In the past I tried every type of shipping company either too expensive or poor communication! It's ok if everything goes well but if something goes wrong then it's terrible! Using parcel hero is the best thing I ever did!! They are easy to contact always available and there service is second to none! I sent a package to Germany from the uk 2 days late it was there no problem. Parcel hero use credible reliable shipping companies who do not damage goods and are reliable. If you don't already use this company then do it now and save yourself a load of trouble going elsewhere!
Faultless service from start to finish. It was the first time I have used the service and I will not hesitate to do so again. The whole process was easy, quick and extremely efficient. My parcel arrived in Sydney in perfect condition 4 days after it left me in the UK. If I had known how simple it was previously, I would have genuinely used the service much sooner.
Excellent Courier service in every aspect. Got the best quote from Parcel Hero, service was efficient and fast. Communication great.
Got the item picked up the same day. Good clear website, easy to follow. Insurance is a bit pricey if you want to upgrade. Will definitely use again.
Excellent service. The opton of a local drop off point, through reputable courier company, was welcomed. Surprising quick turnaround Would've been useful if the cluster services agent informed that there was a cutoff point of 4pm for next day delivery, although courier office open til 7pm. Loved the detail of the tracking system. Very happy.
First time I have used Parcelhero. Needed to send a 2m long parcel to North Ireland. UPS turned up on time and two days later it was delivered. Will definitely use again.

When you send a parcel to Zimbabwe, your package has to clear customs before we can deliver it. Because only parcels worth less than 10 US Dollars are exempt from paying duty fees and taxes, your parcel will likely have fees levied on it during the process. In Zimbabwe, VAT is currently set at 15%. That means that your fees will be, at a minimum, 15% of the value of the goods that you are sending to Zimbabwe.
Like any other country, there are rules about what Zimbabwean customs allow into the country – and because every parcel that enters the country has to clear customs, they are strictly enforced. For the most part, these are in line with the goods that ParcelHero cannot carry, but restrictions also include some more specific goods like:
ParcelHero makes it simple to ship food to Zimbabwe, but there are some rules to keep in mind when doing so. You can’t send any perishable goods, which includes homemade foods. You’ll need to make sure that any food you send is store bought, and is still sealed in its original packaging.
Not only can you ship large goods to Zimbabwe, but ParcelHero works with the world’s leading large freight couriers to ensure you get a great price. That means that no matter the size of your package, you get globe leading service without having to pay a heavy price.
You can send personal effects with ParcelHero, both to and from Zimbabwe. Be sure to fill in your customs paperwork correctly however, as simply entering “Personal Goods” will not be sufficient to clear customs.
Zimbabwe is one of the most difficult countries in the world in which to do business. According to the World Bank, it is ranked 190 in the Ease of Doing Business Index, below regional competitors like Botswana and Namibia. However, it is simple and affordable to establish a business in Zimbabwe, and in metrics like registering a property, getting electricity and dealing with construction permits, is improving year on year.
Bear in mind though, that you may have to pay duties and taxes on every parcel that enters the country. This could make it difficult to sustain a business and – because the recipient must pay the fees – impossible not to have a physical location without passing on extra costs to your customers.

When it comes to making sure a package safely crosses oceans and finds its destination, the address is vital. When addressing a parcel to Zimbabwe, you should include:
Because Zimbabwe is a small country, they don’t make use of postal codes – unlike the UK. That means that all you need when addressing your delivery is the name of the street and city.
Whatever you celebrate, everyone deserves some quality time with their families – even your couriers. That’s why we only deliver from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. We also don’t deliver on public holidays, so be sure to post with plenty of time to spare ahead of the dates below.
