Customer service advisor unwilling to sort out the issue with not picked up parcel and even wanted to charge me extra for changing the collection address even though the service I paid for wasn’t provided in a first place. The guy even put the phone down on me. Had to speak directly to carrier . Will not be usinng this company ever again
Good service. Could have benefited from more up to date delivery time as we had to wait in all day but the parcel only arrived after 5pm

My parcel had arrived and the box looks like it had been thrown round depot!!!! Two of the decorations on the article are no longer attached to fixings!!! It says fragile on a sticker on the box. I tried this company as an alternative to FedEx very very disappointed. Distinct lack of communication I was expecting update emails like FedEx sent yesterday.
Fast flawless service. UPS collected and courier was happy to sign for as being collected. Delivered 2 hrs before the noon deadline following day. Customer remarked they were 'impressed by the service'. Not cheap, but reliable so will use again for important business correspondence.
Quick and easy. Would have been nicer to know roughly what time of day the pick up was going to be.

I sent my rare Disney waffle maker which I sold on EBay through Parcelhero via My Hermes. Was packaged very well see last photo and opted for £40 for insurance. The box arrived open and squashed it looked like in shipment an elephant had sat on it. (see my other photos). The buyer was fuming at how it could arrive in this state. I gave him a refund and started a claim on 11-11-17 after many a dispute with this company I have been told my claim is not justified. The reason for no insurance is that it was insufficiently packed for transit and that I should have used moulded polystyrene to fit your item in transit and pack it well. I did reply I think you need a trip to specsavers if this is not well packed. (who gets polystyrene moulds made?)
I have appealed the dissection and got no where and now they do not answer my emails. I have had no choice other than to report them to the trading standards. I may also have to report them to the ombudsman to get this resolved. Please do not use these cow boys as they do not care what happens to your property.
Best service..not as expensive as others.
