Only small issue was that the tracking was not updated enough

Fast, reliable and excellent value for money. I live on Skye and often deliveries are expensive and sometimes companies won't deliver here at all despite the fact we're joined to the mainland by a bridge. Parcel Hero were brilliant. No qualms about recommending then.
Easy to use website with clear instructions on what can be sent in a parcel - one of the few which had clear guidance on sending batteries.
Booked a UPS delivery which was picked up, on time, on Thursday 17th Dec and it arrived at its destination in Austria on Tuesday 22nd, safe and sound. Very happy and will definitely use this site again for sending to the EU.
Only minor grumble is that it's almost always necessary to print your own labels which means a trip to the local photo shop for me - but not a big deal.
Easy to use, great price, prompt and reliable service. The package absolutely had to be there and you didn’t let me down.
This was the first time I had used a courier service to post Christmas gifts to the Canaries. So pleased, the parcels were collected promptly by UPS and delivered safely by the date given. I will certainly use Parcelhero again. Takes all the stress off you... Thank you

Most retailers are open evenings and weekends.

The UPS tracking information includes real time scan information for both UK and international tracking, so you can always see your parcel's progress no matter where you are sending to. With ParcelHero it's easy to track your shipment; simply enter your UPS tracking number into our tracking page, and view the real time status and location of your shipment. What's more if your shipment is delayed, we'll keep you updated with email alerts and help you resolve any issues.
When tracking your shipment, you should look out for 'exception scans' as these could indicate that there's a delay with your delivery. The exception scans will alert you to the reason for delay. If you're shipping internationally, a common cause of delay is customs clearance issues which normally require the receiver to contact UPS in the destination country. When you track your shipment, if you see that it's arrived in the destination country and the shipment status is listed as ‘exception', then we recommend that you ask the receiver to contact UPS to help speed up customs clearance. You can obtain the telephone number directly from the bottom of this page.

Whether you're shipping to China, the USA, or any other country outside the EU, your shipment will have to travel through customs and may be subject to import duty or tax. ParcelHero will automatically provide the paperwork you require for customs clearance.
Many countries have import duty exemptions in place for low value items such as gifts or personal affects, however for any other types of goods it's likely your receiver will have to pay import duty and tax. Every country charges different levels of import tax depending on the types of products you're shipping, so we recommend you check with the local customs authority in the destination country if you need to know how much you're likely to be charged.
Once customs confirm the amount of charges to be applied, UPS will contact the recipient to take payment and arrange delivery.
UPS have strict size and weight restrictions and don't accept items over 70kg in weight, or 419cm in length and girth combined, so they are not a suitable option for very large and heavy parcels or freight shipments. They also apply a number of surcharges for large items. ParcelHero quotes include all applicable surcharges.
All ParcelHero prices include all applicable surcharges. DHL charges for remote area deliveries and also has a number of size and weight related surcharges so it's important that you provide accurate parcel dimensions and weight when requesting a quote.
