UK Express next-day delivery from £5.92
If you're in a hurry, we offer fast and reliable same day collection and next-day delivery across the UK with UPS, DPD, Parcelforce and EVRi. We offer collections up to 4pm in many urban areas and pre 9AM, Pre 10:30 and pre-noon delivery for time sensitive deliveries.
Economy 2-3 day delivery from £2.69

UK Drop-off shops

How it works
With ParcelHero shipping to the UK is easy. We email the shipping documents to the person we're collecting from and book-in the pick-up on your behalf. Simply track your shipment if you need to change the collection date or rebook.
Importing low value items into the UK
Goods under £15 imported into the UK do not incur any VAT or duty. Goods under £135 are considered low value and therefore only incur 20% VAT and no customs duty, therefore the most you will pay for any item under £135 is £27.
Importing items over £135 into the UK
If your item is over £135, then it may be subject to UK duty and 20% VAT. To check how much the recipient will have to pay, check using the UK governments Tariff Code checker. If charges are due, the carrier will contact the recipient prior to delivery to request payment.
Clearance charges for dutiable shipments
Every carrier charges a fee for clearing dutiable goods through UK customs. Here's a breakdown of the charges by carrier:
DHL: £11.00 or 2.5% of the total Duty and/or VAT incurred, whichever is the greater.
UPS: £11.50 or 2.5% of the total Duty and/or VAT incurred, whichever is the greater.
Fedex: 12.00 or 2.5% of the total Duty and/or VAT incurred, whichever is the greater.
