ParcelHero® offers £50 free Parcel Protection as standard*, regardless of size or value. For extra protection, we offer additional parcel delivery protection options. You can purchase Parcel Protection if you're sending higher value items that require additional protection against loss or damage.. To do this, simply select the level of protection you require when booking your delivery.
