FedEx USA next day delivery
The FedEx International Priority service delivers across the US next day by 10:30 AM for any parcel with a weight under 68kg.
FedEx International delivery
FedEx’s International Priority service offers 2-3 day delivery across most of the Far East, and fast 2-4 day delivery to most other worldwide destinations. Their international economy service offers cheaper delivery with transit times generally 1-3 days longer than priority.
FedEx freight services
If any of the items in your shipment has a physical or volumetric weight exceeding 68 kg, then it will ship on the FedEx freight service. Freight collections need to be booked 24 hours in advance, and transit times are 1-2 days longer than priority. Items over 68kg in physical weight need to be palletised.
FedEx prices and surcharges
ParcelHero offers incredible savings on FedEx shipping. FedEx applies surcharges for heavy and bulky items over 68kg weight / 121 cm in length, but don’t worry; the prices in your quote include all applicable surcharges, so there are no nasty surprises. If you are sending a pallet, make sure you enter the dimensions of the pallet when obtaining a quote, as FedEx bill on the max footprint of your item, including the pallet.
FedEx collection & delivery
FedEx only make 1 collection attempt. If collection fails, you need to rebook. Rebooking collection is free of charge. FedEx make 3 delivery attempts as standard. However, they can and will attempt delivery to a safe place such as a neighbour or porch where possible.
