Having been Refused a Home Collection from a number of so called 'Top Couriers', including the Courier that had, very Recently Delivered this Item to my Property, 'Reason' was for not having the Sellers 'Return Label', I contacted 'Parcel Force' and Immediately within Twenty Minutes was given an Excellent Quote, a Collection Date that Suited me, Paid a very Reasonable Fee, they Collected Early on the Day Agreed, I could not have Received a Better, most Effiicient Service by a Fantastic Courier and would Highly Recommed 'Parcel Force' to All requiring an Expert Service

So far so good. Parcel arrived as expected, and they let you know when it has arrived, unlike Interparcel who do not communicate arrivals. It will be interesting to see how they perform if there is a problem.
