Customs and International Shipping
If you are shipping to China, or sending a parcel to the USA or another destination outside the EU with TNT, you will need to prepare customs documentation and your package may be liable for import duty and tax. ParcelHero® will help you provide the customs paperwork required.
When your goods arrive in the destination country customs will assess what level of duty and tax (if any) are to be applied to your shipment. If your sending gifts or personal effects, and they are below a certain threshold, your shipment will likely not incur any import duty charges, however every countries rules and thresholds vary, so it's worth checking with the destination countries local customs office.
