FedEx collections and deliveries run on working days between 8am and 6pm, with same-day collection from most areas and late cut-offs in many. FedEx makes 3 delivery attempts as standard, and where possible will deliver to a safe place.

Size & weight limits
Send parcels with FedEx up to 68kg per item on standard services. Anything with a physical or volumetric weight over 68kg ships on the FedEx freight service and must be palletised, with heavy freight accepted up to 1,000kg.

FedEx delivery services
FedEx USA next day delivery. The FedEx International Priority service delivers across the US next day by 10:30am for any parcel under 68kg, making FedEx a strong choice for urgent US shipments.
FedEx international delivery. International Priority offers 2 to 3 day delivery across most of the Far East and 2 to 4 day delivery to most other worldwide destinations. International Economy offers a lower-cost option, with transit times generally 1 to 3 days longer than Priority.
FedEx freight services. If any item has a physical or volumetric weight over 68kg, it ships on the FedEx freight service. Freight collections are booked 24 hours in advance, and transit times run 1 to 2 days longer than Priority. Items over 68kg in physical weight need to be palletised.

FedEx prices and surcharges
Your quoted FedEx price includes all applicable surcharges, so there are no surprises at checkout. FedEx applies surcharges to items over 68kg in weight or 121cm in length.
If you are sending a pallet, enter the pallet dimensions when you get your quote, as FedEx bills on the maximum footprint of the item, including the pallet.
